Fallick Insurance Services (FIS) is exclusively focused on the implementation, maintenance and communication of employee benefits solutions for small to medium sized companies. The healthcare environment is complex and constantly changing due to rate increases, product changes, regulatory requirements and frequent legislative updates. Our philosophy is that in order to truly deliver timely and exceptional value to our clients, a benefits consultant needs to be a specialist and have a focused and dedicated approach in this important area.
Throughout the year, our experienced team works closely with each of our clients to ensure that the needs of the employer and each employee are being met. We want our clients to view us as an extension of their own human resources department. In addition to providing excellent, ongoing service, we strive to keep clients informed of all current market conditions so that upon their renewal, we are prepared with an efficient strategy built on a mutual understanding of how changes during the year may have impacted their existing benefit packages and overall costs.
Each year, FIS performs a thorough benefits analysis and survey of the marketplace so that all options are considered. We understand a company’s desire to offer a competitive benefits package to its employees, yet maintain a reasonable cost structure. If a change is required, we help craft and implement an effective employee communication and education strategy.
