Community Gatepath is one of the largest non-profit organizations in San Mateo County, annually serving over 8,300 individuals. For 90 years Community Gatepath has been helping individuals with disabilities and their families, by promoting independence and integration in a caring and supportive environment by a highly skilled and motivated staff. Community Gatepath’s services range from Early Intervention programs for infants and children, to job training and placement for adults seeking employment options, to wellness programs for seniors. Our mission is to enable children and adults with disabilities to achieve their full potential in health and work, and to live as fully integrated members of the community.

Jeff Fallick is an active board member for Community Gatepath and Founded and Chairs the Community Gatepath Golf Classic benefitting Infants and Children with special needs. Since the inception of the tournament six years ago, he has helped raise more than $500,000 for early intervention services which are essential building blocks during the first years of life.
